One-Stop Solution – Ease of Implementation

  • Centralized Dispatch: All service requests will be managed centrally by CLE’s call centre who will connect you directly with a CLE Member to immediately mobilize to service your emergency needs.
  • Centralized Service Process Management: CLE will oversee your pre-defined service process ensuring that all KPIs and custom procedures are followed.
  • Single Point of Contact: You will have a dedicated Account Manager who is responsible for ensuring that all your service needs are met. They will be a primary contact point for you should you have any questions about the services we are providing. You will also have direct access to the President of CLE at any time.
  • Centralized Complaint Resolution Procedure: Although your Account Manager will be intimately involved with any formal complaint, all complaints will be documented, tracked and resolved through our centrally managed Complaint Resolution Procedure, which includes oversight by the CLE President.
